Hi! I am Ronan, got admits from ISRC, ECE, UCSD, and SIPML, EECS U Michigan Ann arbor. I found good profs in both universities. I tried contacting them, but they don't seem to reply. Would you please help me choose between the universities. Both are out of state schools for me. I want to compare both the universities in terms of research, PhD conversion, expenses,TA/RA ship availability, Network, jobs etc. It would be very kind of you if you can advise on this Thank you Best Ronan
