I got an email today that a graduate school was performing a final review of my record and needed my official transcripts. Is this a good sign? I really hope so... -
No response yet from UTK, limited time before Fall session begins

I too have been waiting on a response from UTK and 2 other schools (no funding, non-thesis programs). I hope it's not the case that the longer I don't hear anything, the likelihood I get denied increases.
