Gradschool.or.bust

Hi There, I'm looking into MSW programs at UC Berkeley, San Jose State, and SFSU. I have my heart set on Berkeley because they have the concurrent MSW/MPP program and it really fits my interests and career goals. However I was just reading on their website that while their program prepares you for clinical work it's not the focus of their program and that the course concentration won't be aimed at clinical competencies. Is anyone currently or previously in the Berkeley MSW program or MSW/MPP concurrent program that can speak to this? Any insight would be much appreciated.
