Hi everyone, I currently live in the East Coast of Canada (New Brunswick). I want to attend the counselling psychology program at the University of Victoria. I love Vancouver Island and it is my dream to live there--in spite of how expensive it may be to do so. I am wondering: If I get accepted to their program and complete my Masters (and perhaps PhD) at the University of Victoria, is it likely that I will be able to stay and find permanent residence on the Island?
