Has anyone ever been rejected from Cambridge Part III Math?

Is it that they accept 100 external applicants, or is it that 100 external applicants come to Cambridge? If the latter, then I imagine they must accept many, many more than 100 applicants in order to fill 100 slots, considering that there seems to be very little funding available. -
To date, I've never met anyone who has been rejected from Cambridge's one-year program, the Part III. Do they reject anybody?
