I took the GRE in September and scored 153 verbal but 144 quant (16th percentile), and 4.0 in writing. So good scores except for quant. When I took it again I got a 149 verbal, 150 quant, and 4.5 writing. The verbal and quant the second time I took it were both below average now (writing was 80th percentile). I am applying to grad school for a masters in psychology program. Would I be able to get in with these low scores from the second test? I have research experience, a high GPA, involvement, etc. And despite my very low quant score the first time, considering the verbal would be more important for my program, should I report those scores instead?
