Does anyone know if Western will tell you if you are closer to the top or bottom or middle of the waiting list? I know they said they wouldn't tell you what position exactly but I've heard rumours that other years they tell you generally where you are? If it is actually 100 people on their wait list (like someone said in this group) they should really give us an idea of our chances/position ?
Does anyone know actual stats on the SGPA of admitted Western students...I know they say 3.3-3.5 range but I just really doubt that! Maybe if anyone knows grades of people admitted in previous years? Thanks
Yes the wait is already driving me crazy, my SGPA is a 3.54 but I'm trying to stay hopeful for Western (at this point I don't think there is even a chance I could get into uofT since it tends to have much higher SGPA ranges...)
I know Western claims that 3.3-3.5 is competitive but I'm not sure I really believe them...all other schools seem to want at least 3.7 if not higher...anyway need to stay hopeful!
Does anyone know if you can submit your application before your academic reference submits? Will they receive the reference letter anyway?
One of my profs said he would submit tomorrow (the deadline) but I am concerned that the system might crash (even though I know in the past they have extended the deadline to if there are system problems) and would prefer to submit tonight just to be on the safe side.
I'd really appreciate it if anyone has info on this!
Hey everyone! Very last minute question but does anyone know if the character max for the statement of intent includes spaces? I assumed they weren't included but haven't been able to get a definite answer... thanks:)
