Hi guys, I'm trying to decide what is better for my career prospects, a very highly ranked, very specialized space program (USC) where I would be limited in terms of doing team projects and networking, or a lower ranked program that would allow me to network and add projects to my portfolio (UCSD). My long term goal is to work at a cutting-edge space company in the vein of NASA or SpaceX.

Very impressive application dude. I think you can get into any school you want. Caltech is always a toss up because of how small they are and it depends on the professors' research compatibility. That said I wouldn't be surprised if you got into any of those schools. What advice would you have on how to succeed academically like you have?
