Just heard back from UMD. Accepted with in state tuition, a generous scholarship, and a graduate assistantship! Very excited!

Strength of SOP (be honest, describe the process, etc): I felt pretty confident about them, but in retrospect I think I could have improved on them. Since my GPA isn't the greatest, I focused on my work experience and highlighted the upward motion in my academic performance. GW is he one that I think could have been improved upon, but there was only so much I could write in such a short prompt. I also got anxious and submitted it earlier than I should have.
