Hello! I have a research question within the scope of sports psychology for 2 different situations: Assess the influence of arousal/motivation on sports performance Assess preference for internal Vs external cues on sports performance For the 1st one, would you suggest POMS scale? Or is there a better one? For the 2nd, is there a specific scale to assess this? Thank you so much!
