I have also been accepted and considering Northwestern MSiA for what it's worth. I would say one thing that really stuck out with me during my visit and research into the program is that it is really focused on getting people the jobs they want out of college (which is what is making me strongly consider it). I think you should be ok with the CS/NLP stuff as the backgrounds of the people entering this program are pretty diverse. I am an econ major myself lol.

Duke M.S. in Statistical Science

Any thoughts on Brown's M.S. in Data Science? I recieved my acceptance today and am deciding between Brown, NW MSiA, and Duke Stats. Any advice would be greatly appreciated and go a long way. Thanks!

I am currently deciding between Northwestern MSiA program, Duke's M.S. in Statistical Science, and Brown's Master in Data Science and was wondering if anyone has any input that would help make this decision easier. Some notes: My goal is to work in the industry after graduation as a data scientist or something along those lines and I did receive a 50% tuition remission from Duke.
