I received this email randomly.

I feel like NSERC is scrambling because of the pandemic. Don’t lose hope ??.

I guess I should be more specific. NSERC plans to share the results securely on a new Extranet site. You should expect to receive two system generated emails from NSERC prompting you to access your account. The first email will give you a link to the Extranet as well as your username. The second will give you a password. Once you login you will be able to access award information for the competition.

NSERC sent the email directly to me. I received the email around 9:30 a.m. EST, Ontario.

I received an email, results will be given electronically on April 16 before 11:59 p.m.

Yeah I agree with Adelaide. Keep on trying, don’t give up. ERW, you’ve gotten the feedback and you’re going to take them, work on improving your application and will apply again. If you don’t end up getting this award, then there will be other scholarships to apply for. The bright side is your application managed to go to the national level, depending on how things go, maybe you’re ranking will go up next year and you’ll win the award.

Thanks for the update. I’ve also haven’t received an email and people I know haven’t either.

Just logged into my account and checked. My application still says that it has been received (been like that for months). I also received a similar email about the acknowledgment. Yes, were in the same boat. Good luck!!!
