As I meant to say before, my BAA was for the AFOSR. Last week my update was 2/28 and now it is 4/03. So AFOSR has definitely updated at least some of them.

Just to add a data point real fast, I applied to AFRL. Last week my update was 2/28. When I checked yesterday, my last update was 4/03 as well. Not sure what it means.
