Does anyone have experience with obtaining the Ministry of Justice Letter required for Fulbright Korea participants of Korean heritage? Trying to work through the process but the KAEC instructions are vague and my consulate is slow. For background - my local ROK consulate confirmed I do not have Korean citizenship (born to an American father before 1998), but the finalist acceptance docs state that a ROK Ministry of Justice letter proving non-citizenship is required. Thanks!
