Wow congratulations!! That's so amazing What a stressful way to make you find out though. My heart would have been beating so fast waiting to open that letter haha. Good luck with your decision between the programs! Like you said, I'm sure there's no wrong decision here. I haven't heard back from U of T yet so hopefully there's still a chance. I guess I just have to wait and see!

Thanks for your opinion on this! Before hearing back from schools, I always thought I would lean more UofT than SFU because of the whole prestigious factor but I'm really trying to get over this thought process since what really matters is the content of the program! UofT is tempting because I wanted a change of scenery (did my undergrad at UBC and I'm a local) but the program is not drawing me as much as the city is at this point. I think I'll have to reach out to more current students/grads from the program to hear what they think but at the moment, I think I'm leaning more towards SFU.

Longtime lurker, first time poster ? I'm also in a similar boat! Waiting on UofT's offer to make a final decision about SFU but do you have any insight about how to decide between the two programs? From what I understand, both programs have a strong global health focus which is what I'm interested in but is one program known for being particularly harder than the other? I haven't been able find any info about this...
