I have been admitted to UMass Amherst MSCS program and am currently waiting for an admit from UPenn on-campus MCIT. My undergrad major is in Chemical Engineering, and I have completed a couple of CS courses in my undergrad as electives. Assuming the case that I do get an admit from UPenn, what should ideally be my choice? How would the CS courses compare between the two universities? How would the CS job prospects compare between the two universities? Can someone please help me make this decision? Thanks!
