So I am trying to apply to Canadian universities for my masters, but confused to which one. I have a 4 years bachelor degree which is not a honors with a standing of B in the last year. I wanna apply to UofT for its masters of computer science but it requires a mid-B in the last year. So should I hope to apply to Uoft and hope to get in or try somewhere else? Also, not just a masters in computer science but also health informatics or health policy. I am trying to see where I stand so I have a better chance of getting into a masters program.

I really want to get into the Fall 2020 health informatics master program. But I dont know if its too late. Should I message them and ask if I can still get into the program. Also are there other universities I can apply to for the health informatics program, or is too late already.
