What are the most common (predictive) analytics tools that occur in MBA programs? Not Tableau or descriptive statistics, but rather for prediction specifically. Do people mostly just use R or Python?

Do gov't affairs programs generally require stats, R, Python or other things like that as a prerequisite? Or as core classes in the program? Or neither?
