Hello, I was wondering if anyone knew how to get SOPHAS to accept a withdrawal course in the transcript entry. I have a course that I withdrew from in the 3rd week for no penalty to my grade and it did not count towards my credit tally. Under the "grade" section my transcript saw "W3", but when I attempt to put that in SOPHAS will not accept it. Anyone know how to work around this? I did the Q&A chat and they said I had to email a helpdesk and now I'm worrying this is going to take longer than I have to get an answer to.
