Hello Ahmed. The process took an average of 3 months. I did the panel interview at the start of November; requested to provide references after 5 weeks and then included in the pool after two months. From what I saw in this forum, some processes may take longer, but you can contact Devex for more infos. All the best brother. Ed.

You are right Gentvenus. My worries are that the Status Date keeps changing, but the Status remained"We are pleased to advise you that you will be partaking in the assessment phase" The status date changed twice during this week, but no message from their side ?. For those who have been in this process for a long time; is this normal and what should I expect as a result? Kindly advise. Thank you. Ed
