Well that's awesome to hear!!! Sometimes, I can be too hard on myself as well. Thankfully I should have good LoR and I put a lot of time and efforts into my SoP.
And that's a great amount of experience, you application would most certainly stand out. Are you applying this cycle or next cycle?
Those are great programs! I looked at a lot of them, but wasn't sure if my application was competitive enough because my GPA could be seen as pretty average (3.4). So far, I have submitted applications to San Jose State University and CSU Long Beach. I applied to their human factors programs. Both cover HCI topics as well. I have one year of research experience in human factors. What is your background?
Also, just a background on myself. Majored in Sociology, but took six Cognitive Psych courses my senior year once I discovered the HF field. I have one year of research experience in human factors with a professor who was established in the field. Looking to pursue an MS and not a PhD.
