  1. Hi everyone!! We started a Class of 2025 facebook group for the joint AuD program at SDSU/UCSD !! Please join if you committed! Can't wait to meet everyone! https://www.facebook.com/groups/190036132957208/
  2. Has anyone else committed to SDSU/UCSD?? ☺️
  3. That’s awesome! I went to NU for my undergrad so I’m very familiar with the AuD program and some of the graduate students. If you want to chat with one if them, feel free to let me know and I’ll ask around to see if anyone can chat with you about NU!
  4. I'm this close to accepting my offer at SDSU/UCSD!! (like 99.9% there) ? Just waiting on funding from Northwestern to come out tomorrow! (although funding is very unlikely to change my mind at this point) I turned down my offer from Vanderbilt, so hopefully someone was able to get off the waitlist!
  5. Has anyone heard back about Vanderbilt funding? I think it was supposed to come out by today?
  6. Ahh!! I'm leaning towards SDSU/UCSD! But congratulations!
  7. Yes, she interviewed with them! She said it was very informative and she was able to talk to 2 very nice faculty members!
  8. Anyone thinking of accepting their offer to SDSU/UCSD or Vanderbilt??
  9. A friend of mine heard back from UTD!
  10. Me too!! Are you considering going???
  11. anyone know when Vanderbilt or UCSD/SDSU is coming out?
  12. Anyone know anything about San Diego State/UCSD?
  13. Vanderbilt does not have interviews. They said during the Zoom tour that interviews are not accurate reflections/may be biased.
  14. Hey soontobedoc, For the record, I definitely think your points were very valid. You weren't pushing for "putting a pause" on school, but rather highlighting just an aspect of the admissions process. It's true that COVID-19 has made the past year difficult for many individuals and this certainly has implications for individuals taking the GRE. There is a reason many universities have waived the GRE requirement, as they admit that it is indeed very much culturally-biased. There are many people who do not have the same privilege as others and I think you shed light on their experiences.
