HI! I've been at the LOR hunt for a while and even though we are in very different fields, the advice that alumni, professors and other professionals in my industry have given me is that an LOR needs to be positive, i.e., it should sound encouraging, real and mention how eager you are to learn and apply that in your practice as a student. Your professors/employer need to mention that you've always been a student who has approached them first, and that you're always willing to adapt to any challenge you're given and are a problem solver. Hope you nail your LOR's!
