  1. Hello, I’ve begun looking into Statistics masters programs to apply to for fall 2022. I have a good background in programming and analytics but not as strong in math (though I’ve taken classes after graduating undergrad to try and improve that). I'm not looking at any highly ranked programs since I realize I don't have a chance at those, but I’m still unsure what programs, if any, it’d be feasible for me to get into. I’m hoping to do my master’s part-time, but my company has offices in most major US cities so location shouldn’t be too much of a factor. Any school recommendations or general advice you have for me would be greatly appreciated! Undergrad Institution: Mid-Sized Private School Programs Applying: Statistics/Applied Statistics GPA: 3.63 Type of Student: Domestic white female Major: BI & Analytics Minors: Computer Science and English Relevant Course Work: AP Stats (Since I got a 5 on the test, I got credit for an intro stats class in college), Calc I (B), Data Mining (A), Advanced Business Analytics (A-), R Programming (A) , A’s in all my computer science courses I took these courses after graduating: Linear Algebra (A), Calc II (B), Calc III (B-) GRE Scores: Haven’t taken it yet Research Experience: None Work Experience: For the past 3 years, I’ve worked as a Quantitative Analyst on a team that creates and maintains a variety of models related to real estate fundamentals using R, SQL and Python mostly. Letters of Recommendation: One will be from a college professor I had for three computer science courses and another from my current manager at work. For the third, I’m planning to ask either the Vice President of the analytics department at my work or the professor who ran the writing center where I tutored in college.
