4.0 gpa with 10 grad level classes mostly in CS/AI, 1 first author pub on the way, very solid LORs from research advisors, decent essays (not amazing but safe and solid), 4 years research experience, goldwater scholarship, 2 national conference presentations, and a couple of awards from my school for research+grades.
Was just invited to interview at the MIT/Harvard HST program! Super hyped because this is my top program, but also pretty intimidated because the interview session is 2.5 hours long and the times overlap with BIG's interviews. Not really sure how to prepare.
I received an interview invite from BIG over an hour ago. Looks like they're slowly sending out invitations.
Does anyone know what % of applicants are invited to interview? And how many are accepted from the interview list?
