ERASMUS MUNDUS: Mundus Journalism, really worth it?

Hi everybody! I'm considering to apply to the Erasmus mundus journalism, but I read that is very very academic. I am already a journalist and I'd like to give a boost to my career with this Erasmus, is it really worth it?
