  1. I graduated from a Tier 1 Liberal Arts college in '04 with a double-major in Psychology and Criminal Justice, but barely escaped with a 2.1 GPA. This experience also included a semester on academic probabtion period my senior year. Long story short? Youth, naivety, confusion, and depression all played their part. I simply wasn't ready. After graduation, I began working with special-needs adults at a local vocational center for individuals with developmental disabilities. A year later, I was promoted to group home manager within the residential portion of network. After three years there, I then returned to the center in the role of clinical supervisor. This is the position I have presently. In September of this year, I was accepted into a Graduate Certificate Program for Applied Behavioral Analysis. I'll be through with the 5-course program in August, finishing with a 3.5 GPA. I'm now seriously considering continuing my education and applying to either a PhD program in ABA or a PsyD program. Question: What are my chances? My growth as a student and professional since my undergrad days has been immeasurable. I'm hoping that my recent academic success and related work experience combine to make me a worthy candidate. Any comments or recommendations would be extremely appreciated. Thank you in advance. *Edit: I wasn't sure where to post, but this looked to be the most applicable location. However, if this is not the case, please move this thread to its proper location.)
