Just got an email from UPenn's graduate admissions office when I asked about the status of my application and they said "Your application is under review. We do not have a set date for decision notification, but once a decision is made on your application you will be notified via email. Full disclosure, we have sent out Open House interview invites, but at times we do admit students after the Open House that are still under consideration."

Just out of curiosity, are any colleges doing in person campus and department visits this cycle or are all of them virtual tours and meetings?

No they are still in the process of sending out acceptances and reviewing applicants. Different disciplines (organic, inorganic, physical, etc) will send out acceptances at different times and also not all at once. This process can take as long as a month from when they send first acceptances, as it has in previous years. So be patient and wait it out if you are still waiting to hear back.
