Between Ecole Polytechnique and Ohio State, can anyone suggest which is a better option in engineering for Masters? EP is very very well known, in France and Europe.Any idea?

I am in a huge dilemma. I got through VAnderbilt University with full funding for PhD. I accepted, they sent me I-20. But an unexpected and very good offer for MS in Ohio State University worked out, with full funding for MS. A week ago, a full funded schol worked out for Ecole Polytechnique in France for MS, and I am confused. I selected OSU between the two American schools. I am to get release letter from Vanderbilt. But then Ecole worked out. It's as far as I know a world famous school. But it's very difficult to choose between OSU and Ecole Polytechnique. I had been in US for last one and half years or so, and it had been great time. Never been to Europe. I don't know French, but I will try to learn. The course is in English, as I can find. I am full of dilemma what to do.How to compare the two?! Everyone saying EP is very very famous, atleast for bachelors, but OSU too, I think. Help, help!! I can't hold on to three offers, and I have to make some decision! Any ideas on the programs?
