Just had my Yale Photo interview. Very relaxed, but definitely tripped up on some of the questions. 20 minutes is simply not long enough to answer everything like I wanted to! It could go either way to be honest.
I would say that they really like your work and responded to you as a candidate but just might want to get to know you a bit more? Maybe the first interview was very formal and there wasn't enough time to get a real read on who you are. You'll probably get in tbh.
Anyone have any insight into what kind of questions they ask in the Yale Photo interview? Mine is this week and I've never done a grad school interview before!
Does anyone happen to know anything about Yale's financial aid? I absolutely cannot afford to go to grad school, but from what I hear it's quite generous. Assuming that I make through the interview without bombing, of course. FAFSA and CCS have been an absolute bitch so far.
I think you should do it now to get it out of the way if you can. FAFSA is such a pain (!!!!!) to complete but in my experience, the mental clarity of getting it out of the way is worth it
Did they send out a batch of rejection letters at once I wonder? Does that mean people who didn't get one can assume they have an interview? My heart is pounding.
