Grad committee then ensures all admission requirements are met based on the criteria set by the University. Hi everyone, I am a domestic applicant and went to Mac for undergrad. My interview was on March 5th. I got an official letter of acceptance on March 31st. Good Luck to everyone who is waiting! I have heard that this year was a lot more competitive than past years so don't be disheartened if you don't get in this cycle. Now that you know what the process is like, take the time to hone your application and apply next year. Good things take time

Hello everyone, could you guys help me understand why McMaster is offering an MSc instead of MHI? Thanks in advance!

Does anyone know why its an MSc at Mac and not an MHI like it is at U of T and Waterloo?

I was interviewed on March 5th. I did attend McMaster for undergrad. Having said that, I do not think Mac students get a preference. Maybe there is a difference in terms of out of province vs ontario but dont think they prefer a specific school. The reason I say that, is because typically for grad school they want people from different schools coming and bringing fresh perspective.

I am so sorry to hear that. I keep hearing that the program has gotten more competitive this year. There is always another year to apply and hone your application. Did you apply to U of T or Waterloo as well?
