I was rejected by UNM for CNF in early March!

I was rejected by them 2 weeks ago! Maybe that’s a good sign for you!

Hmm maybe not good news for us then.

I'm a CNF applicant! I wish they had given some sense of timeline. It feels so late.

If I had those options I would pick Ohio state because of funding.

I did a mock class with a program I was accepted to and was drenched in sweat by the end. I was so nervous and def feeling all the imposter syndrome

I emailed UC riverside about when decisions are coming out. They let me know they were still working on it but didn’t give a timeline ...

I got into Emerson also for creative non fiction and did have a separate funding letter in my portal. I didn’t get much though.

Creative Non Fiction! I'm excited for the mock class later this week for my genre. I'm really interested in the program and excited about the idea of being by the city but not in the city lol. But I didn't get much funding...I'm hoping to ask for more and see how that is received.

ahhhh.... I feel that doesn't bode well for me not hearing anything . Thank you! I'm also accepted to Sarah Lawrence! How are you feeling about the program? Did you go to their admitted students zoom yesterday?

Has anyone contacted UC Riverside about when we'll hear our decision?

Sooo the only reason I feel like I've been following up is because I had a friend who applied to PhD programs and she emailed asking when she should expect to hear about getting off the waitlist and they were like, "oh, are you still interested? Someone just dropped out. Do you want the spot?" That has definitely been in my head haha. I think I will follow up every two weeks....and hope that is not overkill.

Yes! Also how much follow up is ok? I followed up after 2.5 weeks and they confirmed their was no update. I don't want them to think I'm annoying, but I also want them to know that I'm very very eager.

I'm waitlisted at Oregon State and I just want an update soo badly! Anyone accepted and thinking of turning them down? lol

Hi everyone, I've been lurking for a bit but finally decided to post. I was accepted to Sarah Lawrence, waitlisted at Oregon State, and rejected from WashU and Ohio State so far. Still waiting on Emerson, The New School, University of California Riverside, and University of New Mexico. REALLY hoping to hear from the rest this week. Hoping to get off Oregon State's waitlist too although I would be happy to go to Sarah Lawrence. I applied to all programs for Creative Non Fiction.
