So I need some insight. I've been accepted to both Harvard Graduate School of Education, EdM program AND University of Cambridge MPhil in Education (Knowledge, Power, and Politics) program. I want to use this degree to work for USAID as an Education office working on global education projects. They are both equally great programs from what I can gather, but I don't know how they compare to each other.
Pros of Harvard:
-student support/career services
-higher ranking according to US News Report
Cons:
-no professor with direct experience of proposed study
-more money
Pros of Cambridge:
-cheaper
-supervisor with direct experience of proposed study
Cons of Cambridge:
-less practice and more research based
-not as much experience with career service support for USAID positions
Any feedback or thoughts would be greatly appreciated!!!
