Hi, I am unsure about Rochester(Warner) as it didn't participate in the US News rankings. Can anybody shed any light on the program? Especially regarding the Masters in Mental Health Counseling? How does it compare to CUNY Psychology dept's programs in Counseling etc? Thanks
