If you're really anxious like me, the best thing is to email the graduate awards manager (your university should have one, try to remember who you talked to when submitting).
I did that and they replied my email saying I didn't get it. So no more refreshing today, I'll get the details later.
I hope you guys have more luck!
BTW, they said they received it at the university yesterday.
But if they already let the universities know... what's the harm in just telling us "you got it" or "nope", and then leave the details for later, when they upload..
Would save a lot of the anxiety..
Glad to know I'm not alone! Good luck to us!
I'm on 198 (Comp.Sci.), which I'm guessing is super competitive (like everything in CS), so I'm likely not getting it... but hoping I'm wrong
Did anyone get the award in the first application?
I didn't apply on my Phd's first year because I didn't have a first author publication.. and now it's all or nothing..
Signed up just to contribute with my anxiety to the number of pages.
So anxious that I started clicking everywhere in the extranet page. If you click on "Staff View" inside the personal folder, there's a "Modified by: System Account".
Clicking on "System Account" it shows some info and then "Created by Marc-Henri Lauzon".
After some googling, it seems this is a Network Architect working for NSERC.
