I am committee 195 and received a PGS-D yesterday. I was pretty confident with 10 publications, 3 conferences, 3 years work experience in my field, and a novel research topic in wearable technology. Our Graduate Scholarship Officer jumped the gun yesterday and emailed the successful candidates requesting copies of their letters, apparently before many people heard from NSERC (it sounds like many still haven't). It appears that the rankings will be released at a later date. Good luck to all!
