Are there interviews for mossavar-rahmani CBG fellowships??? I thought it was purely based on the SOPs??/

MPA/ID- One of the best programs for Int Dev. Top notch without doubt. High economics orinented (1st Yr Phd eco). IDEV-Again very good and big on eco- but not as heavy as MPA/ID. My two cents-If you dont mind heavy ECO- just go to MPA/ID. Its very very good.

My few cents...have have applied and got into the same schools...was rejected last year...and from India..i think you definetely have the academic skills required for the course...so i dont think you need to worry about that...you might want to think of why you want to apply there and have some relevant experience. Your experience in management is excellent..but my sense is that its is not completely relevent...what is needed is you apply the PPP model to approach a development model...and then say that you have the benefits and now want to scale it up...i used exactly same content for my SOP...used a ppp model for an agri dev program and showed success and then i spoke about how i intend to scale it up in my and how the school will be useful to me in my pursuit in my SOP...hope it is some of some help to you. MPA2 decisions out....i am IN!!!!!!!!!!...i will post soon on the forum about profile for future applicant. I probably have the weakest stats in this forum...but backed myself with strong work ex and SOP..took evening classes to make myself strong in the relevent subject..and it worked...congratulations to everyone...
