Bachelor's Student Now Looking To Go To Grad School

Hello! I am a Bachelor's student, it's been a few years since I graduated and have been working, but now I am looking to enroll in grad school. However, I do not believe that my GPA is sufficient enough to get accepted so I was wondering if anyone here has had the same issue and if they had any suggestions on what I can do?
