  1. Hey Geniuses, I need your kind opinion. I have completed MS (Mathematics) with Thesis and obtained a CGPA of 3.18 out of 4 in 2020. After completing my master, currently, I am working as a visiting faculty at a university in my hometown. I do not have any published papers. Now I have earned a fully-funded scholarship from an organization for PhD (Mathematics) program. The organization asked me to apply in the four countries · Turkey · Germany: (All Public Sector Universities of Germany in top 500 as per QS/THE Rankings 2020-2021 under the guidelines of DAAD) · Australia: (University of New South Wales, Swinburne University of Technology, The University of Western Australia, RMIT University, The University of Wollongong, The University of Melbourne, Macquarie University, Monash University, Western Sydney University, Griffith University) · Belgium: (Ghent University, Hasselt University, KU Leuven) But due to some unforeseen circumstances, I couldn’t apply anywhere else except in Turkey. So, I have received an offer letter for PhD (Mathematics) from a university in Turkey whose fall semester will start in Oct 2021. The university ranking is: · THE World University Rankings 2022: 501 - 600 · QS Ranking 2021: 511 - 520 According to the organization, the scholarship is valid till Fall 2022. So, I still have the chance to opt for Germany, Australia and Belgium. According to my scholarship host organization, before I applied to any of the universities mentioned above, I had to forfeit from PhD (Mathematics) program in Turkey because it is about to start next month, and I can’t defer my enrollment. Should I take a risk and forfeit my PhD (Mathematics) admission in Turkey and apply in Germany, Australia, Belgium for next year intake? If yes, what are my chances (having GPA in MS 3.18 out of 4, no published paper) to secure admission in any of the universities mentioned above in Germany, Australia or Belgium? It is keeping in mind that I already have the funding. Thanking you in anticipation. Regards, Aaryan
