m planning on doing an MS (or a MS-PhD, not too sure now) in bioinformatics in the US i would really appreciate it if anyone can give me some information on the colleges . i've already looked through boston univ UC santa cruz UIUC also, what i really want to do is protein engineering, which is'nt offered anywhere as a course or a subject. but i saw the biomedical engg in UC irwine ,which does have protein enginering, and was quite surprised too. however, it also got me quite confused.
