I've also applied to BE in MIT and I haven't received much except an email that said "we'll update you when there's something to update".

I'm a bit confused regarding the application process - I applied by the deadline for the first round of applications (1st of December), and my application is still "Under review". I saw one person on this site got an interview invitation, but that's about it. Since I haven't gotten anything like that, is it time to write it off or do I still hold on to hope?
