  1. Hi, I am on my second year of computer science. I really need your advice on choosing OS, im in this loop where I can't make choice which equipment to use, trying to look for a perfect most simple solution and it is hindering my productivity. Researching about best options takes a lot of my time. I know I am overthinking this way too much, but really want to stop this and make a choice now and go on with my life. I already have gaming PC with Windows. First choice is keep doing everything in Windows PC and occasionally on some cheap laptop I am going to buy, if im on the move. I need Windows because of gaming on the PC, and I also DJ where my DJ software only works on windows, so laptop has to be Windows too. I know about WSL2, but since I need to keep switching between PC and laptop sometimes, I would rather do the devolopment on Windows side, where I can just OneDrive everything and use IntelliJ natively. I could install WSL2 on both machines, but then I have 4 OSses in total to keep in sync? 2 Windows and 2 Linux-subsystems. I don't want to dualboot with two computers either, it's too complicated to keep 4 OS'ses working. Second choice is buying a Macbook M1 and using my gaming PC strictly for gaming and nothing else with KVM Switch, where I change if I want to game, everything else on Macbook for programming and stuff. Easy to take off from the dock and just begin my work anywhere, without syncing anything. I have money for this but I don't know if its worth it. I am so used to Windows, and I like the more freedom it gives you. This seems the most simple but costly and weird. I would have only 2 OS'ses to take care of. I can't choose between these two options. I keep reading that being in Unix enviroment is must have and Macbook is so much better etc. But is it really worth it for the money to keep it docked when I have powerful PC?
