I am doing a Graduate Diploma in Clinical Epidemiology (online, part-time) at McMaster. You could look into that as well

On the waitlist as well. Not sure how many are on it tho

I think it's on the Burnaby campus according to the MPH program package

Hey. Congrats on your acceptance to SFU! I would choose SFU if I were you because it is CEPH accredited (recognized in the US) and on-campus. It is located in Vancouver so it's more accessible. UVIC is online only so if you want to work while studying then it's a good choice. Just my two cents

Hey, I think you need to email the graduate assistant Gerri your decision and then set up your NetID and Queensu email. It says that there is no deposit in the FAQ section of the Queens MPH website.
