I got the same email. Maybe they are sending out decisions in batches? I submitted my application right before the deadline, so maybe they are still going over them? When did you guys submit yours?

Mine also says submitted. Based on last year's thread, it seems like they send out decisions around early-mid April.

Same, mine says under review, but no decision yet.
