I would recommend you to take a Toefl instead. The speaking and writing sections for Toefl are easier than IELTS, though the reading and listening parts are harder.

Just got off from the waitlist. Got waitlisted for R1 and just got an offer. No fundings though, perhaps I am an international. I got this for shown yesterday, so I guess maybe its a sign of getting accepted. Required Application for Review of Scholarship Award
