Thank you!! I got notified via email that a decision has been made regarding my application and they told me to go check the portal, where I was then able to see my acceptance.

Got into uottawa today, but most likely will be rejecting the offer. If anyone was wondering we have until May 17 to decide.

For anyone wondering, we have until April 26th to accept the offer from McMaster.

Not sure yet. the email said we have to wait till the portal updates which can take up to two weeks, and then it will say the date. I'll update once I get more info. Good luck!

Thank you! honestly I really feel that it was probably my LOI. GPA for final 2 years is 3.88/4, no publications, although i have research experience working with a prof for two years, plus I'm just finishing up my fourth year thesis project, and I did a research internship over the summer. Other than that I just got loads of volunteer experience working with older adults to promote mental wellbeing (so not very clinical at all). That's what I focused my LOI on. Hope that helps!

u guys!!!!! I can't believe it holyy shit. I just got an email an hour ago from McMaster recommending me for admission. I can't believe I'm in! I swear there is nothing special about me. If there is anyone out there doubting themselves, believe in your-self! the process will work itself out! ahhh I'm shaking still, Mac here I come so excited

So sorry to everyone who received a rejection from Mcmaster today . I've interacted with a few of you throughout and you all seem like such nice people. Definitely their loss, but I really hope you guys heard or hear from other schools! Wishing you guys the best! Whatever happens, keep yo head up, good things are coming. I haven't heard back from them yet, definitely on edge. You for sure don't wanna know how many times I refreshed my email lol

same somebody said that mac responded saying "We hope to have all updated emails sent out this week". I wonder if that means admissions or just updated emails like we got. hopefully we don't have to wait another two weeks.... Last years thread heard back so early in mid march, i'm surprised how long it's taking this year.

Congratulations! That's amazing, both are great programs! I just have a few questions. Would you mind sharing your stats/experience as you're the only person I heard from who got accepted to Mac mph, and so early on too (March 2), which is again amazing haha. Just curious cause mac is my first choice and would like to know if I even have a shot lol. Also do you know anyone else who heard back or got accepted to mac?

Well same thing happened with me today haha. Usually I get it at 9am, today got it at 11 am with the same under review status. Thank you, you too! Maybe we'll hear from them in another two weeks lmao

Nope, just got the under review automated email again this morning

Hey guys. So this might sound stupid but I was doing some late night investigating loll and I noticed that the automated emails I got from Mcmaster stating that my application is still under-review were all sent on a Wednesday (march 9, feb 23, feb 9). Based on this and the previous thread, my prediction is that we will hear back from mac this Wednesday March 23. Interested to see if my theory ends of being correct LOL
