I got rejected. I have a honour bachelor in therapeutic recreation and a diploma in behaviour sciences. Although, both of these credentials were from Seneca College. Do you think I should upgrade my education to a post grad or should I just obtain more experience in the field? At the time of my application I had 6 years as a direct support professional with adults with disabilities, 6 months experience as a recreation therapist and 9 months of crisis line support. What do you all think?

What portal do we check?

Nope

It is my first time applying, let's not feel discouragement yet. We still have a chance and they're still reviewing. The great thing too is that what might be true for one person may not even apply to another. It's important to stay hopeful and believe in our abilities. At the same time, a backup plan is also reaffirming.

I haven't received anything as yet. My application still says "submitted." I've seen other people from past years had options like "submitted" and "under review." I'm really looking forward to the news! I went for the counselling and psychotherapy field.
