Any suggestion between Wlifrid MIPP(BISA) vs Ryerson MPPA?

I actually received a rejection letter from them. I guess they have not considered me for second rounds

Yes, I have already accepted BSIA. Mostly because of the fellowship thy offered and because of my and my partner's chronic health condition. It took a while to get hooked up with a doctor here in toronto. I dont want to go through lengthy process again after moving to another province

Can anyone here suggest me? I got rejected from MPP in Munk. Got MIPP offer from BSIA with funding and MPP from Calgary with awards, MPP from Maxbell with no funding. Which one should I choose? I am new PR in Canada. I have worked as an academic researcher for think-tank for last 6 years in developing countries, want to go back to the same after finishing this masters or at least try for government jobs. I am torn between BSIA and calgary. Not very thrilled about maxbell, but I am open to suggestions
