How much chance do I have to get the final offer if I get into the second round interview in Sweden?

I am applying to a phd position in Lund University and I have got into the second round interview. I heard from someone who's also a phd in Europe that there are only a few people who can get into the second round interview. But he's in a different university so I'm not sure if he's correct. Does anyone know the situation in Sweden especially for Lund?
