I was hoping I could get some insight from you all on ME MS Programs. I need help comparing a funded offer at Ohio U. to an unfunded offer at OSU. Any thoughts/suggestions/comments would be greatly appreciated.

I, too, will be attending MSU in the fall. Now that the stress is over about making a decision on a grad program, it's time to stress about where to live. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

I have not made a decision yet because I'm waiting on one more school to notify and some logistics to fall into place. DRPW is the Digital Rhetoric & Professional Writing track within the Rhetoric and Writing program.

I was also surprised to not see any posts about MSU. From what I have heard, it's one of the top programs in the field. I'm interested in hearing from PhD admits, too. Best of luck to you!

I hear you there. Unfortunately, funding is a huge part in the decision process for me and a fully funded offer elsewhere is pulling me in the other direction. I'm interested to hear your thoughts after your visit!

Likewise! What program did you apply to and are you MA or PhD? I'm considering their offer, but am leaning heavily towards my other offers. You?

I applied to Auburn's TPC MA program and was accepted last Tuesday (3/15).

I steered away from Iowa State, as a result of many factors. I'm applying to MA programs.

I wanted to know what schools are applying to. I'm applying to Michigan State, Minnesota, Illinois State, ECU, and Auburn--programs with a heavy emphasis on cultural studies and tech comm.

Anyone else applying to this field for Fall 2011?
